My flexible hours ensure that I will be quick to respond. I only take on as much work as I can personally handle. This means you and your website will get the attention you deserve. When you contract me, you get all my services.
Process
In my over 22 years of web design, I have found email and, more recently, texts have been a great way to work with my clients to fulfill their vision. This allows for a record of instructions, material, concerns, and requests that can be revisited later by both parties for reference. Little gets lost and unattended to with this method.
Having said that, I am not adverse to the occasional phone call or visit where I come to YOU. I have had some lovely memories to this effect, but this is more the exception than the rule.
This may seem odd, but I have found my email/text method melds well with my clients. Those I have worked with are quite busy and with me they do not need to take time from their already packed schedules to pencil in time to meet with the "web designer."
My turn-around is quick (I am seldom without my phone) and you will have a personal response FROM ME with your queries, concerns, and requests.

My approach to web design is also to involve the client; I love when a client has ideas and wants to learn to help themselves. I worked as a professional English tutor at Northampton Community College in the past and I hold an Associate Degree in Education, so I enjoy writing up tutorials to demystify a website for those clients who want to be more hands-on!

I have always enjoyed writing. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Moravian College and as such have a fair bit of experience in the field! I enjoy editing as well as coming up with new copy, both informative non-fiction as well as fiction/poetry.
